If you are unsatisfied with any product, simply return the opened bottle within 30 days of purchase for a full refund not including shipping and handling charges. Unopened bottles have a lifetime guarantee and may be returned at any time. No questions asked.
Refunds and Credits
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Service at 1-877-845-3925 and you will be given an RMA number. You may return 1 opened bottle per customer within 30 days of purchase and all unopened bottles at any time for a full refund. Follow the return directions provided to you by the customer service agent. Once our customer service department receives your return shipment and it is determined to be a valid return you will receive a full refund, not including shipping and handling.
Preferred Customer Club
Cancellations of shipments sent to you by your enrollment in our Preferred Customer Club may be cancelled at any time by calling customer service at 1-877-845-3925. Products already shipped to you may be returned in accordance with our Guarantee and Refund policies stated above.

- Product is shipped within 3 business days of order. Shipping charges based on your chosen shipping method will be added to the order, as follows:
- Anywhere in the U.S. we ship Priority Mail for $6.95 or $14.95 per shipment based on the offer selected.
- Orders to U.S. Military Bases worldwide are shipped Priority Mail for $6.95 or $14.95 per shipment based on the offer selected.
- Inside Canada we ship Priority Mail for $9.95, $14.95 or $19.95 per shipment based on the offer selected.
- All other International shipments are shipped International Priority Mail for $29.95 or $39.95 per shipment based on the offer selected.
- NOTE: Rush Shipping can be added for an additional $9.95 per shipment
